You have started testing a Purchase in your Android Sandbox environment but receive an error message that the Receipt verification failed.
This happens when you haven't connected the Purchasely Console to the Google Cloud Platform or in case you run multiple Apps attached to different Projects. Check if you can see the SA created as shown below as check if you have granted required access:
